Planning is bringing the future into the present.

Even as a young person, I had a strong desire to quench my thirst for knowledge. My studies in Innsbruck and Vienna certainly offered me the best opportunities to do so. Even during my bachelor's degree in sociology and psychology, my focus was on human resources development, workplace design, group dynamics and organisational culture. In my master's degrees in organisation studies, socio-economics and psychology, I advanced towards transformation and change management as well as leadership development.
Armed with this diverse theoretical knowledge, the time came to deepen my skills in the working world. My work in various fields in Vienna, Munich and Innsbruck showed me how much I want to understand the interaction between people and work on an individual, institutional and geopolitical level in order to promote sustainable development opportunities through change and transformation processes in different organisations. My experience in event management organising TED Talks in Innsbruck and Urbana-Champaign (IL, USA) has also redefined my skill set.
All these experiences have brought me to Transformation Management AG, where I would like to develop myself further. As a new team member, I am excited about the opportunity to gain new experiences, broaden my knowledge and be part of a dynamic team that implements a variety of exciting projects, shares knowledge and promotes personal growth.
In my consulting work, I am particularly interested in the following topics:
- How should learning and development processes be designed so that knowledge transfer can be implemented sustainably?
- To what extent can the work culture be designed in such a way that patterns of thinking and behaviour consistently lead to the promotion and development of the organisation and its members?
- How can people be motivated, retained and developed in a sustainable manner?
- How can innovation be promoted from within the company?
- How can succession and talent management be successfully designed and planned?
How can leadership succeed in enabling people to develop their full potential and realise themselves?
