- have experience in transformation and/or HR consulting,
- have a proven track record of successfully managing projects,
- have creative ideas that you would like to develop further with us and
- direct customer contact, including at management level, is "your thing".
Your tasks include ...
- Conception, implementation, moderation and follow-up of development programs and workshops in our core areas of Leadership Development,
- HR Management as well as Transformation and Change Management.
- Taking on project responsibility and project management.
- Ongoing support for our regular and new customers in the D-A-CH region.
- Further development of our products within the team.

A minimum annual salary of EUR 60,000.00 - 80,000 gross plus performance-related bonuses is offered for this position, with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
