We were there - HREX 2026!
On March 11, 2026, Gerhard Graf took part in the HREX journey. The event’s motto perfectly matched our mindset and our understanding of forward-looking HR.
HREX describes its mission as follows:

The topic chosen by the community was:
"From gut feeling to competency model: how talent management anchors future skills - which competencies will determine the corporate success of tomorrow and how can they be systematically developed today?"
Gerhard and Jana presented the latest research insights along with practical approaches to solutions. The discussions that followed were particularly valuable, opening up a dialogue between research, practice, and visions for the future.
