The Talent Management Index (TMI®): The leading panel study in the D-A-CH region
With over 400 participating companies, the Talent Management Index (TMI®) is the leading study on strategic talent and succession management in German-speaking countries. In a structured interview format lasting around 120 minutes, we work closely with the responsible managers to collect both quantitative and qualitative data on current practice in the company.
On this basis, the participating companies receive a well-founded evaluation with individual insights into the maturity level of their talent and succession management - in accordance with a tried-and-tested 4-stage model. The results not only provide a clear position in the market comparison, but also concrete recommendations for targeted further development.
In a keynote speech, Prof. Dr. Gerhard Graf, Scientific Director of the TMI®, will present key study results, current trends and practical solutions for sustainable talent and succession management - in the face of growing challenges in today's market environment.
