Organizational learning – the basis for readiness for the future
Today, virtually all companies face the same challenge: increasing dynamism and complexity in the markets are pushing existing processes and structures to their limits. Copying others or purchasing proven methods is of little help and not very effective due to the similar problems in all economic and organizational areas. There are approaches and considerations for organizational learning, but no consistent, coherent model. Companies are therefore primarily on their own and must organize their learning processes themselves and align them with strategically central areas of development. But how can this be achieved?
Individual learning (outside the pedagogical-didactic learning logic), team learning, cross-functional learning, and organizational learning are becoming crucial to success. But how does that work? What does it mean? How can this topic be addressed?
These questions are the focus of the webinar! Based on the results of the Organizational Learning Index (current status of over 50 companies), the main challenges will be outlined, the current state of the discussion in companies will be described, and possible solutions will be sketched out.
