It is based on the results of our international study "Talent Management on the Test Bench" (more than 400 companies), as well as from over 200 projects in the field of talent and succession management, in which we have acquired in-depth knowledge and broad experience.

We were often asked by many participants in our study, HR managers and HR employees from a wide range of sectors, whether we would like to offer further training and qualifications in this important field on the market.

With the 5-month "Academically Certified Talent and Succession Manager" course, we are meeting this key need in terms of content and methodology. It takes place 100% digitally.

The certificate is awarded by the Vienna University of Technology, the International University of Applied Sciences in Munich and Transformation Management AG upon successful completion of the examination.

Procedure

Time required: All dates take place online (via MS Teams) from 3-6 pm. Only the kick-off or the final exam & graduation ceremony will also be held on site at TU Wien.15 days in total (modules + work phases) over a period of 4.5 months 8 ECTS points.

Feedback on the course

The practical content of the course, the exchange with other colleagues and the feedback from TMAG were very helpful.
