Strategic skills and succession management - certificate course (online)

Our academic course to become a "Certified Talent and Succession Manager" provides practical knowledge and current strategies in talent management, competence management and succession planning.

The content is based on the results of our international study "Talent Management on the Test Bench" with over 400 companies and on findings from more than 200 realized projects in various industries. This bundled know-how makes the course unique in the German-speaking world.

Many HR managers and personnel developers from companies of various sizes and sectors have asked for sound, practice-oriented further training in talent and succession management - with this 5-month online course, we are meeting precisely this need.

The course is 100% digital - independent of location and flexible. After successfully passing the final exam, participants receive an academic certificate from the International University of Applied Sciences Munich and Transformation Management AG.

Participation fee: € 3.900,- or CHF 3.886,-[1] (excl. VAT)

Examination fee: € 180,- or CHF 179,- (excl. VAT)

Payment modalities: 14 days after receipt of the invoice; in case of cancellation 2 weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the participation fee will be charged, thereafter 90% of the participation fee will be charged
