Strategic skills and succession management - certificate course (online)

Our academic course to become a "Certified Talent and Succession Manager" provides practical knowledge and current strategies in talent management, competence management and succession planning.

The content is based on the results of our international study "Talent Management on the Test Bench" with over 400 companies and on findings from more than 200 realized projects in various industries. This bundled know-how makes the course unique in the German-speaking world.

Many HR managers and personnel developers from companies of various sizes and sectors have asked for sound, practice-oriented further training in talent and succession management - with this 5-month online course, we are meeting precisely this need.

The course is 100% digital - independent of location and flexible. After successfully passing the final exam, participants receive an academic certificate from the International University of Applied Sciences Munich and Transformation Management AG.

Schedule

Workload: All sessions take place from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. online (via MS Teams). A total of 18 days (modules + work phases) over a period of 3 months. 8 ECTS credits.

Target Group: This program is aimed at staff and managers in the HR field (HR managers, heads of HR, HR officers, personnel developers, organizational developers), as well as internal consultants who wish to apply and implement strategic talent management in their area.

Final Examination virtual: September 8, 2026.

Summer Camp Details

Period: June to September 2026

Participation Fee: €3,600 or CHF 3,600 (excl. VAT)

Examination Fee: €180 or CHF 180 (excl. VAT)

Number of Participants: Maximum of 15

Payment Terms: Payable within 14 days of receipt of invoice. In case of cancellation up to two weeks before the start of the program, 50% of the participation fee will be charged; thereafter, 90% of the participation fee will be charged.
