Those who remain open to new ideas will shape a future full of opportunities.

After starting my career as a retail saleswoman, I switched to the banking sector and completed my training as a bank clerk and savings bank specialist.
From commercial practice in retail and banking, my path led me into management consulting - a field that has inspired me for over 25 years. I am particularly fascinated by the positive influence consulting can have on people and organizations. My focus is on the development of people, teams and organizations.
With sound training in personnel and organizational development (University of Innsbruck), as a systemic business coach, mindfulness trainer, alternative practitioner and in value-based personnel diagnostics ("Profiling Values"), I combine economic thinking with systemic depth and humanity.
I support managers and teams in recognizing potential, redesigning collaboration and developing a culture of innovation and willingness to change.
An important milestone in my career was when I joined the management board of Transformation Management GmbH in Munich. I am also a member of the Management Board of Transformation Management AG in St. Gallen.
I also find inspiration for my work in my private life: our dog Naira, an American Shepherd Mini, fits perfectly into my life. When hiking and training together with Naira, I experience first-hand how important clarity, trust and presence are - and how quickly one's own attitude is reflected in the behavior of others.
In my consulting work, I support leaders and teams in this,
successfully lead heterogeneous groups:
recognizing individual strengths, using diversity as a resource and at the same time creating a common focus and orientation.develop an agile team dynamic:
Design collaboration in such a way that innovation, creativity and further development are possible for everyone - without losing clarity and structure.Build business excellence teams:
Enabling top performance by specifically strengthening clear goals, mutual trust, responsibility and self-organization.Enabling change and transformation:
Challenging patterns of thought and behavior, creating a supportive atmosphere and thus paving the way for sustainable innovation and cultural change.
