It takes courage to allow yourself to have big ideas.

I completed my Master's degree in Psychology in 2024 and am currently studying Management and Economics part-time at the University of Innsbruck. Even during my bachelor's degree, my focus was on personnel and business psychology - with a particular interest in topics such as change management, talent management and employee motivation. I gained deeper insights through the additional courses in organizational psychology and systemic coaching. The systemic perspective showed me how small impulses often lead to far-reaching changes - an idea that still shapes my approach today.

In my work, I am particularly fascinated by the question of how organizations can unfold their potential through targeted development and effective collaboration. For me, this involves courageously accepting new ways of thinking, pursuing ambitious ideas - and translating these into tangible, concrete solutions.

I enjoy working in a team and attach great importance to clear communication and continuous reflection. TMAG lives by these principles and I am delighted to be actively involved in shaping the company and learning the consulting trade from scratch. I particularly appreciate the opportunity to apply and develop my knowledge of psychology and business administration in challenging projects.

I am currently particularly interested in the following questions:

  • How can individual strengths be effectively brought to bear in the "organization" system?

  • What motivates people to work towards common goals with conviction?

  • How can companies support their managers in their long-term development - individually and collectively?

  • How can succession and talent management be designed to strengthen both people and companies in the long term?

  • How can talent be recognized early on and promoted in a targeted manner?

  • What role do innovative learning formats play in times of constant change?
