Hello, my name is Maximilian Pius Fleisch and I support TMAG as a working student in the area of Talent Management, Leadership and Change Management. After completing my Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Innsbruck in 2023, I am currently in the last semester of my Master's degree in Strategic Management & Innovation, also in Innsbruck.
As part of my studies, I am working intensively on topics such as open strategy and innovation management. This has taught me to view companies not just as machines, but as living systems. This understanding makes it possible to recognize and specifically promote the complex, dynamic interactions between people, processes and ideas - especially in the areas of leadership and conflict management, which play a central role in change and innovation processes.
At Transformation Management AG, I have the opportunity to put this knowledge into practice and work on exciting projects that sustainably strengthen and develop organizations and their employees.
