The dynamic demands of today's working world require targeted skills development, a sustainable learning architecture and effective leadership. Our part-time certificate course "Organizational Learning Expert" offers a sound qualification for HR managers, executives and change leaders who want to shape organizational learning, cultural transformation and leadership development strategically and effectively.

With our experience from over 180 relevant projects in the use of the various models in the overall context of a cultural transformation, we know what is important in the optimal "composition" in order to be/become fit for the future. This knowledge is available to all participants. Even if we cannot say exactly what the future will look like, some central cornerstones will remain stable in the future. This fact, combined with a view of trends, developments and tendencies, forms the basis for this program.
