Manage the development of your learning culturewith the Organizational Learning Index®
The world is constantly changing - more dynamic, more complex and more challenging than ever before. Global crises, technological upheavals and social changes are hitting your company simultaneously and with full force.
In the future, only those organizations that adapt quickly and purposefully to new conditions will be successful. This demands adaptability, foresight and the courage to critically question existing structures and ways of thinking at all levels from you and your team.
The focus here is on your future viability. You can only secure this if you establish a contemporary learning culture and a modern learning architecture. Because only those who continuously learn, reflect and develop will remain capable of acting in a dynamic world.
