It's better to have a great team than a team of greats.

Despite the digital revolution, people remain at the heart of every successful transformation. When we stop working against each other and instead pursue a vision together, synergies are created that make the impossible possible. Real leadership is demonstrated by creating spaces in which people can discover and live their potential - because only those who can realize themselves contribute enthusiastically to the big picture.
In addition to my position at TMAG, I am currently in the final year of my Master's degree in Strategic Management and Innovation at the University of Innsbruck. In this course, I am studying areas such as open strategy, innovation culture and management, artificial intelligence and leadership in companies.
My previous professional experience in various industries such as mechanical engineering, construction, sports, tourism, health and further education helps me to take different employee and leadership perspectives and ask critical questions.
I am happy to have landed in the TMAG team and thus in an instructive and value-based learning environment. The company offers me a motivating and challenging environment in which I gain valuable consulting experience and prepare companies for the future.
In my work and research, I mainly deal with the following questions:
How do organizations succeed in putting us humans at the center even in the age of digitalization?
What conditions promote a corporate culture that focuses on togetherness, trust and collaborative design - instead of silo thinking and working against each other?
How can we sustainably promote curiosity and a willingness to change so that constant learning and development become a matter of course?
What does it take for mistakes to be viewed positively and for learning to be experienced as a joy and a shared journey of discovery?
How can managers create spaces in which the diversity of talents and perspectives is seen and used as a valuable resource?
What role do values and a sense of purpose play in motivating each individual in times of change?
How can leadership succeed in enabling people to develop their full potential and realize themselves?
