Staying effective in turbulent times!

The Transformation Management AG has accompanied us since 2013. They promised to prepare us and our managers for turbulent times. Neither of us imagined how turbulent times would be: the reality was that we had three different company names with three different strategies and three different leadership teams within 4 years. 

We have managed to improve the quality of our services, achieved our objectives and positioned ourselves in the market as a reliable partner, despite these dynamics and numerous reorganisational changes. TMAG's understanding of our challenges, their conceptual thinking, the sensitivity for people, situations and economic challenges is evidence of how they have contributed to making our corporation more effective. This was only possible because of how their consulting process made us aware of our behavioural patterns.

The collective development initiatives with our managers have already left a lasting impact. We are clearly moving towards a more open corporate culture with a higher level of "functional intimacy" in and among the organisational units.

We do not expect the years ahead to be less turbulent. There will be unexpected challenges which we cannot anticipate yet. In such situations it is helpful to have a competent partner at our side who encourages us to continuously reflect on our own actions and all possible consequences.  

This is way it is a very valuable resource for us to work with Prof. Graf and his team.
