If you look beyond the horizon, you'll not only discover new perspectives, but also find yourself.

Early on, I had the opportunity to get to know different cultures, both outside and within companies, including through work experiences in Sweden, Thailand, and the Philippines. This curiosity about new environments and ways of working has been with me since my school days and has strongly shaped my path since then.

My name is Kathi, and I support TMAG as a working student in the areas of talent management, leadership, and change management. After completing my technical education with a focus on industrial engineering, I decided to pursue a degree in business administration. For my bachelor’s thesis, I examined the impact of teamwork on operational efficiency and growth, a topic that further deepened my interest in collaboration and organizational development. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Business and Management in Innsbruck, with a focus on Financial Management as well as Innovation and Sustainability.

At Transformation Management AG, I now have the opportunity to put my international experience and my understanding of different cultures and ways of working into practice and to contribute to projects that foster the sustainable development of organizations and their employees.
