Organizational Learning Expert - Academic certificate course

How do we make our organization fit for learning and the future? The certified Organizational Learning Expert course provides practical knowledge, tools and models for developing an excellent learning culture and sustainable leadership skills.

In 24 days over 9 months, participants learn how to further develop the learning architecture, leadership culture and transformation capability of their organization - with scientifically based models such as LEAVOR®, the RISE® model or the Organizational Excellence Framework.

Degree: Academic certificate from the University of Applied Sciences Munich (10 ECTS)
