Future Mind® is your temporary learning organization - an innovative learning setting for leadership of the future. In just three days, you will work with others to build a company based on the Organizational Excellence model and keep it running under realistic market conditions. Your products and services must be accepted and bought by the market - just like in reality.
The simulator brings entrepreneurial challenges to life: dynamic processes, management behavior and decisions under uncertainty. In the "foggy quadrangle " - characterized by time pressure, complexity and incomplete information - your ability to act and your willingness to take responsibility are required. This is exactly where real competence development begins: outside the comfort zone, where leadership skills grow.
Future Mind® combines cognitive learning with emotional experience and personal reflection. This combination ensures sustainable development - and makes non-learning almost impossible.
