Our benchmark research study "Talent Management Index" clearly shows how a strategic Succession and Talent Management needs to be designed. This Best-Practice-Knowledge in combination with practical experience from more than 20 Talent Management projects are the foundation of the seminar "Strategic Succession and Talent Management".

By means of the PRYSMA®-Model the participants will be intensively trained to obtain a toolbox of the necessary content and methodology. With this, participants will have the ability to strategically design and align Succession and Talent Management in their organisation.  

Experienced speakers and consultants will strengthen the expert knowledge and capabilities of participants. They will design step-by-step and with the use of suitable tools and methods the elements of your organisational strategic Talent Management. Optionally the Compact Seminar also offers a consultant as a sparring partner for each participant to support the goal-oriented transfer implementation on-site.

Kosten

In order to secure a high learning quality we only accept 8-12 participants for this seminar. The costs (net without legal value-added tax) amount to CHF 1.900,-.
